At Bunch we offer our delivery service to the whole of the UK!
We offer Free UK Maindland Next Day Delivery* for all orders over the value of £39.
For orders below this value a small delivery fee of £3.99 is applicable.
Scottish Highlands, UK Islands & Norther ireland may incurr a a delivery surcharge, please check your postcode below.
We have chosen to partner with DHL the UK's leading courier service, for all orders placed on weekdays before 3pm we will dispatch same day.
(This excludes national / public holidays).
**Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday. If you order is placed on Friday before 3pm the first day of delivery will be the following Monday (This excludes national/public holidays)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order should arrive within 24 hours from ordering for all mainland customers!
Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland will take upto 3 wroking days.
We dispatch all of our orders using a premium next day service for all parcels.
Our courier partner DHL aim to deliver all orders within 24 hours, this applies to all orders placed before 1pm on weekdays excluding Friday & bank holidays (All orders placed on Friday or which fall on a bank holiday will arrive the next working day).
Delays can occur which are outwith our control such as adverse weather or system outages within the courier network during peak times.
With this in mind please order in advance and allow upto 3 working days for your order to arrive.
What happens if my order is delayed or deemed lost by DHL?
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for UK Mainland orders and 21 business days for Highlands, UK Islands & Northern Ireland.
We cannot resend an order until our courier has had sufficient time to locate or deem lost before we can resend a replacement order.
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by our courier partner.
If you order has not arrived after 3 working days then please give us a call on 01236 732929, one of our dedicated team will be able to assist tracking down your order and to rearrange the delivery.
Can I recycle the packing which arrives with my order?
As a company we hate waste & as a result we have decided to "ditch the plastic" for our dispatch packaging, We are super happy to announce all of our packaging is now paper based, including our tape!
All packaging can now be recycled at your local recycling centre.
What will happen to my parcel is dispatched & my address is incorrect?
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost's to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Delivery & Returns
Can I return an unwanted item or order?
We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items or orders. We can only accept returns of unopened packs which are fit for resale. All items will be checked upon arrivial, your refund will be issued within 5 working days of the goods arriving with us.
We accept no liability for items/orders which are lost during the return process, please insure your goods for loss/damage with your chosen courier.
You will be liable for all returns costs.
My parcel has arrived damaged, what should I do?
We dispatch all orders in perfect condition, however during transit via the courier network damages can happen.
If your order arrives damaged please inform the courier driver upon receipt to advise of the damage.
You must then take images of all items which are damaged, including the outer packaging and send to us via email within 24 hours of arriving. We will submit this evidence to our courier partner to start the claim against the courier for the costs of the damaged items.

My item is faulty, what are the next steps?
We pride ourselves in offering only the best quality natural pet food products however mistakes can happen.
Our products go through several quality control checks before they are delivered to customers. However sometimes items can slip past those checks and fail to live up to our standards.
If you believe your item to be faulty then please call us at your earliest convenience on 01236 732929, please have to hand your order number so we can locate your details quickly.
A member of our team will discuss the issue directly with you so we can avoid similar reports in the future, they will also advise of the next steps on how to return the item(s) and when your replacement will arrive with you.
